We won't lose too many games with, Jolly, Swan, Pendlebury, Cloke, Reid and Shaw in the side. Pies by 7 goals or more _________________ Formally frankiboy and FrankieGoesToCollingwood. |

Having read through 11 pages of comments I've come to the conclusion that none of us have a f'n clue how we're going to go today. Anything from a 7 goal loss to a 7 goal win!
Whatever will be will be... but welcome to the first game day of 2013 Nicksters!

A little concerned to see Dwyer in the team to be honest. I expect he'll play as the sub, but it is a sign we were struggling to field a team this week (some underdone players in the team as well).
We are definitely undermanned whereas the Roos are missing very little. |
You said it. He looks like Dayne Beams two years ago without the tatts, but doesn't play like him. Must be a sign we are a weakened side at the moment.
But I still expect to win today. Next week is the one I worry about. The Blooze are always up for us, Mick wants payback, and they are on the rebound. I'm sniffing a ten goal loss next week. |

Exactly. I've been saying that since the practice game loss to Geelong. I seriously have no idea how we will go this week, let alone where we will finish the season. We have no form line to speak of and still no viable and distinctive game plan. |

I thought he looked to be putting in a bit extra effort during the NAB Cup like saying he wanted to be in it. But, yeah, not sure he's up to the standard of our best 22. |
If he's not fit I understand, but why Seedsman isn't ahead of him is beyond me?! Even Frost, I think we are a tall defender short going in against the kangas. |
Is Marty Clarke Nathan Buckley's new Ben Sinclair? |

Nathan Buckley the coach and Nathan Buckley the player are two very different people. I can't imagine Buckley the player wanting either of Clarke or Sinclair on his team. He seems to tolerate guys with poor disposal. |

Exactly.
A Carlton supporter mate wa talking up Norf the other day (but that may be because I was telling him Richmond would win) and was saying they were on the up. I don't see it. They only made the 8 last year with a dream draw, and their rd 21 win was an anomaly. I expect our midfield to absolutely destroy theirs, and Cloke/Lynch to cause headaches. Pies by 57 |

I know. Believe me no one is more shocked about that fact than me. Or perhaps sq3, who believed that Bucks would be obsessed with greater skill levels. |
