Whats even the point of Ginnivan or any forward player when we can't even deliver the ball into the 50 properly.

The state government should increase crowd limits. There hasn't been any local cases for a week.

On Footy Classified, they said (and they are probably right) the crowd limits have saved clubs and the AFL from the embarrassment of having empty stadiums without any non-footy excuse.

Yep. We simply have to beat them. We owe it to football.

Out Daics, In: Sier
Out (?): in Ginnivan
Out Murphy: in Wilson

Cox or JT to make way for Ginnivan.
Give Wilson a chance to show what he has.

The match I am really looking forward to on the weekend are our undefeated VFLW side taking on a very strong Essendon line-up.

Should be an absolute cracker at the spiritual home of football.

I agree with Mr Baz Boy.

I would also include Wilson (for Mayne) and 'manage' Poulter and include McRae.

Callum Brown in for Josh Thomas

Outs: Cox, Mayne, Daicos (inj) Poulter (managed) Thomas

Ins: Lynch, Wilson, Sier, McRae. Callum Brown

I would reward Ginnivan and make him injury sub...

Be bold Pies and strike an on-field dagger into the heart of a loathed opponent..

Mostly terrible choices. What's the point of replacing a ruckman with another ruckman when you've already got three ruckmen? Mayne is in the best form of his career. Poulter did nothing for three quarters then came alive in the fourth quarter against St Kilda. Why replace him? Ludicrous that you manage a player who has a healthy body. Thomas has actually been playing decent football in the last few weeks. Sier looks spectacular when he's breaking through packs but even after several years in the system can't play four quarters of football. I agree with Callum Brown. He needs to come back in but only on the proviso that they play him in the guts. Without Moore we're deficient in height in defense. Isn't it obvious watching Roughead struggling in the backline without Moore? It's getting to a point that it's crazy watching coaches earning hundreds of thousand of dollars who have no idea how to match up against opposition teams. Only at Collingwood does it happen.

Isn't it obvious we're paying $900,000 a year for a ruckman for the next seven years to play as a ruckman. That's his role. Are you suggesting we diminish his role in the team to play another ruckman. Actually I'm not fussed with that if it means we get a refund on his $900,000 payment.

Seems that way I guess but I just felt our mid field was more positive and better set up with Lynch in Bucks last two wins

And yes he is our premier ruckman

Just thinking is all

I felt that Poulter was well below par last week and suspect he would benefit from a spell. The kid is talented and has a bright future however, player management must be part of that process.

I like the prospect of continuing to play the new lads to gain experience and for their development but there is an argument to put on notice those on the fringe to prove their commitment and dedication. Lads like Sier, Brown, Thomas, etc.

Throw down the gauntlet, lay the challenge, and see what happens. List management should then be decided on that outcome.
