Elliot in the middle seems to show a bit. Grundy doesn’t look that interested in preseason games. Hating the way footy is played these days. Not really sure what to take from the first half.

3/4 stats: Howe 23 (18 and 5), Mayne 20 (10 and 10) - 10 disposals that quarter, Phillips 20 (9 and 11), Daicos 20 (10 and 10) and a goal, Pendles 19 (5 and 14) - he sat out the 3rd quarter, Noble 19 (13 and 6) - 9 disposals that quarter, Moore 18 (8 and 10) - 9 disposals that quarter, Sidey 17 (10 and 7) and a goal and a goal assist, JGD 16 (10 and 6) - 8 disposals and a goal that quarter.
Grundy 11 (3 and 8 ) and 26 hitouts. |

Keane looked like he might be a player in 6 months. Cameron looked as slow as a coach. It didn't surprise me that they were dropped.
The pre-season is about getting minutes of game-time into the legs of your preferred starters. It isn't about winning or losing. If Cameron or Keane look decent in the twos, they'll get their chance. |
