Adams has grown on me in the last year or two, but it took a while to see any pay-dirt from the trade.

He'd pissed off too many at the club back then though, especially after that Port Adelaide final where he cost us the game. Funnily enough, the players who had had e gutful of him all moved on (Nathan Brown, etc). So we could have still had Heater.
End of the day, it was Heater's fault, and he said it himself, going to GWS woke him up and made him grow up. He lived off the Shaw name while at Collingwood, he and Rhyce both. Getting moved on to other clubs was the best thing for them. |
