I think the AFL have taken the lead here as the Saints public image was getting dented with their poor attempts at press conferences.
You can just imagine what is going on behind closed doors at the AFL:
Saints - We want to make an example of her - so we will take her to court,
AFL - That's OK as long as there are no more skeletons out there as if 1 more under age girl comes out with allegations about Saints players and sex/photo's etc., you will be our 1st team in the new KFL (Korean Football League),
Saints - errr - let's get back to you on that.

You're right. It IS amazing.
Could any of you imagine if this was happening at our club and there was no reaction? It's simply baffling that St Kilda and the AFL have been so silent on this issue for a week. They're not helping their cause by keeping Mum if you ask me.
If they have something, answers to the so many questions that have been raised - then say so.
If not - then apologise. |
If this was collingwood Herald Sun would have had it front page every day since it happened. Remember the Didak one.. how many pages on that.

I dare say we got more pages than anyone else when we won the flag. Why complain when we know it's because we're the biggest club in Australia?
If it had been North Melbourne, it probably wouldn't have made p.25 of The Leader. (I'm kidding, but, you know).
