I don't have anything like that, but since you apparently won't share your personal wardrobe, I'm happy to make some.
Looks like basically a cricket box, with a bunch of wood screws sticking through it all hit with silver spray paint and held on with velcro tape. Easy. I'll have a bunch ready for game day, just don't ask where I got the boxes from.
Re the bird in the clip who was wearing it, she did her best work in Porky's IMO.
