Random stuff from inter-Test BBL slogathons:
Maddinson, Renshaw, Maxwell, Ponting, Langer...
Maddinson opening against the Heat looked really poor. He was trying to slog everything, mostly unsuccessfully. The only success was to a short ball, which he hooked into the stands. And then he got out to Renshaw. 
Later, Renshaw almost returned the favour, almost offering a caught-and-bowled to Maddinson.
Maxwell looked great. How does he get that bat speed?
