Stuart Law scored 169 for Lancashire against Surrey.

Lancashire's mammoth total (599) was set up with a third wicket partnership from Law and Mal Loye (126) of 282.

Mike Hussey had just stepped off the plane but felt good enough to guide Northhamptonshire to a win over Lancashire with 84 n.o.

Other Aussies to do Ok were Michael di Venuto who scored 61 and Simon Cook who took 4/30.

Murray Goodwin scored 96 for Sussex.

Jamie Cox is in good form, notching 126 for Somerset.

Mike (there's another Mike, HAL) Hussey made 45 for Northhamptonshire.

It's a real shame that Di Venuto couldn't do this here in Australia for Tassie. And Cox is the same...maybe if Tassie was an English County side they could do if for us :d lol

In a very high scoring match, we find two interesting sets of bowling figures. Stuart MacGill 50 overs for 3/174 and Mushy (Mushtaq Ahmed) bowled 37 overs for 6/163,

Greg Blewett is 30 n.o. for Kent.

Simon Katich took 3/48 but had two failures with the bat for Hampshire.
