brett emerton has agreed personal terms and will sign for newcastle at a press confrence next week and the fee is around the 4.5 million pound mark

If that is the agreed price then Feyernood are getting a good deal, i think everyone has agreed that there is a surpressed transfer market this year and selling a player who is untried in the English league (not doubting him, but it has to be said) for 4.5m pounds is very good.
