We all predicted it, and here it is. Today, playing against North Melbourne, Barry Hall bent down to tie his shoelace, and a Kangaroos player bumped him. Hall went beresk and had to be taken from the field, but he didn't leave immediately. He threw a number of big punches - real full-on knockout blows - but apparently none connected. The commentators said that one he threw, if it had connected, would have been worth 10 weeks.
After being dragged, Hall sat on the bench for 10 minutes until half time (at that stage, the score was Footscray 6.0 to North 0.5).
We all predicted this, we all said it was just a matter of time ...... except for a few silly, silly Nicksters who wanted us to sign him.
The good news is that only a complete bastard would name and shame those otherwise worthy members of our happy on-line community.

Funnily enough if someone like Leroy was to lose it like that after being constantly niggled I'm sure there would be spunk flying all over the place on here.

I can post in this thread knowing full well you wont find a pro Barry Hall post from me anywhere. 
The guy is a sandwich short of a picnic and does not belong in the game. The fact that the doggies recruited him tells a lot about how desperate they are. No team should be that desperate. |

So who was the Nickster who started a thread saying we should recruit Andrew Lovett, adding "he could be a huge bonus for any club"?

I was,and admit that,i wanted him at the club for footy skills,not hes bed time skill,or should i say night moves.
He made a mistake,and will be punished,and i made a bad judgement of hes character.

so you know what he is like do you? i've not seen or heard a bad word about him in terms of his off field character and the respect many people have for him.
