Although a bit wobbly early on I thought Toovey's last quarter was terrific and a main reason why we won the game. Well done mate. |

He needed to pull his finger out after his shocking start. How many mistakes did he make in 1 minute at one stage during the match.
OOF, then a turnover, and then another turnover. |

His kicking is a liability to the side. _________________ Up the Mighty Mags 2016. |

I think it was a Toovey handball in the last quarter that nearly cost me a heart attack! |

Back on thin ice again.
I was starting to think he may be in our top 18 but just too many skill errors. Fringe player at best. |

I really admire Toovey. He reads the play well, puts his body on the line and trys his guts out. He's not the greatest disposer of the ball but he plays within his limitations and gets the job done.
Another great rookie pick-up. Keep it up son! _________________ Most of my favourite bands start with "M" - Mars Volta, Mastodon, Megadeth, Metallica, Midnight Oil, Misfits...except King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard ~ |

Every team has lousy kickers.
St.Kilda have about 6 or 7. (Jones, Dawson, Baker, Blake, McQualter, Geary)
Even the highly skilled Doggies have 2 or 3 shockers. (Cross, Picken)
Tooves isn't there to be a high possession winner. He is there to shut down opponents. I judge him on that.
I think generally this year, he has been OK by foot. Not going for anything crazy...just playing the percentages. He'll keep getting better too. _________________ There's more to life than footy.........just not much more. |

I thought he was good as usual, and did the things that he's in the side for (tackling, pressure, run out of defence). Still, he did have a number of shocking disposals, including one in the last quarter which could have been disastrous. I think he still needs to work on that aspect of his game a bit. _________________ "Every time we witness an injustice and do not act, we train our character to be passive in its presence." – Julian Assange |

Not Yet and That something he would work on but He won't turn it over as much as Toovey does and against Zoning Sides Blight would really be an Asset with taking the game on and long kicking to break the Zone _________________ I am Da Man |
