Elbows? I bow to your superior experience as regards the erotic elbow sir. Can't say I can remember meeting one. Earlobes, of course, are a different matter - and even more individually variable than nipples are. How one could volunteer to have holes drilled in one's earlobe .... beats me.

^ it's not the largest sample size in the world, alas, but in my experience 20% of women are impressed by the caressed elbow. perhaps it's just the drinking elbow, I can't be sure....

Nah, I reckon all that bullying and body-shaming probably gets internalised after a while. Wouldn't be surprised if she (and many other women of her figure) avoid the beach altogether.
If you're a kind and compassionate person, you might find that a little saddening. If you're a bully, you're probably okay with it.
