So Jobe and the other players are relieved no one did anything wrong.

So I guess none of the players will sue Essendon in the future of they contract cancer or some other mystery illness.

I have a serious question to ask.

How can a panel appointed by the AFL and supposedly paid by it be considered impartial and above all approach?

Every time Essendon and Hird have faced a body independent to the AFL whether it be ASADA or the courts they have been accused of doping violations or have failed in there quest to have the allegations thrown out.

Yet this time the outcome is exactly what the AFL wanted.

Honestly is anyone really that surprised?

Essendon can be thankful that ASADA didn't have the powers to compel these two individuals to speak under oath.

Charter convicted drug dealer, body builder, friend of Hird.

Yeah nothing to see here.

This isn't over by a long way. If Hird and the bummers think they have got away with this then they are mistaken.
ASADA will lodge an appeal and if they aren't successful the WADA will follow suit if they don't jointly work with ASADA on there appeal.
Facts are under ASADA and WADA rules they players have to prove they DIDN'T take any illicit substances.
The AFL tribunal made the onus of proof on ASADA to prove they conclusive proof the dopers did take illicit substances.
When it's appealed my understanding it will to the board of sports arbitration which works the same way ASADA and WADA does that the players and club will have to prove conclusively they didn't take any illicit substances.
The sticking points will be
1- They have no documentation on what was injected
2- Jobe Watson on national TV admitted they were injected with unknown substances off site multiple times

Also ASADA have invoices paid by the dopers to a chemist who gave a statement to ASADA that he mixed the peptides as requested by Dank and Themosin Beta 4 was among the substances provided. Essendon argued that while they paid he account there is no proof that Themosin Beta 4 was actually injected.
Watch this space it ain't over til it's over.
WADA will be livid that the AFL decided to make the burden of proof fall on ASADA and not follow standard protocol of the burden of proof is to prove they didn't take any illicit substances.

I hope they checked Charter's and Alavi's bank accounts to see if any sizable deposits were made by Hird or the EFC.

Really you could say that they where Not Found Guilt or Innocent.

They could not talk to the 2 Smoking Guns in Denk and Charter so the Truth is still not known
