Apologies if someone has mentioned this already somewhere but there is hope that Rory Sloane won't play tomorrow? Anyone heard this and have details?

HS says he missed training but will play apparently, was tight and didn't want to train 2 days in a row. Would have been a handy omission. If he is sore, might be a handy inclusion tho.

I rate Seedsman… I think he has the potential to be a high possession mid… probably best suited on the wing. Certainly is ahead of Young IMO!

I tipped the Pies last week and was a lot more confident than this week. Sidey in and we win it with Sidey out it will be tough.

Crisp to go with Dangerman… and our 2 big backs need to play well to limit their big guys up fwd. Williams on Betts another good match up - but he has to step up this week.

Last week Swan and Pendles were good but nowhere near their best - they will need to lift their game this week if we are to compete on-ball.

Same intensity needed up forward from White, Cloke and co… The small forwards need to make the most of their opportunities… and not stuff up sitters!

Because it is played at shitlands and not the G… I tip a draw.

Making the trip down today and not really sure what to expect for the second week running.

Adelaide were awesome against North but I'm hoping the occasion of playing at home with a new coach, captain and against a side which has a recent history of wildly differing performances played a large role in there dominance.

We also played really well for 3/4 away from home in difficult conditions albeit against a lesser opponent.

A win today would be a fantastic result for this group, a real confidence booster and might make some change there opinions of what this side can achieve this year in terms of playing finals.

Today I want to see 4 quarters of effort, desire and hardness at the contest, a willingness to take the game on and a never say die attitude.

Do all that and still come up short then I can live with it in the short term.

About to head off now! I can't wait to see what this young group can produce today against a side who was brilliant last week.

I'm not expecting a win but if we play with passion, heart and desire and tackle the Crows relentlessly I'll be satisfied with that effort and we're a chance of winning this. We're rightly underdogs but we've got a big chance here to really impose ourselves and show the competition that we're no easy-beats this year.
