Or, just play him in a forward pocket, sub him out half way through the 3rd with 4 goals and Melbourne fans warming the Land Rover.

Solid - but he's definitely a defensive back, at the moment, so he's not going into the midfield, unless they've completely lost it.

joining stevic are pannell and kamolins.

maynard has been solid without being spectacular. i would have liked to have seen marsh get a go but i hope maynard gets to debut. wonder if the weather forecast had anything to do with this.

Maynard is one player who is a logical replacement for either Langdon or Oxley.

What about Crisp? Reckon he'll get the run with role on Jones and try to hurt him going the other way?

Like run off him when we've got possession and put one of his long bombs through the big sticks.

I guess with Adams out, its more likely an inside mid would get the gig....therefore Kennedy. I also wouldn't drop JDG, considering melbourne put numbers around the ball meaning we will need as many contested ball players as possible.

Perhaps Oxley gets a rest if you want to give broomy a run, but if he is fit and good to go, I'd prefer to see Oxley play.

Adams is a big out. He's been a terrier under them packs all season. Was at it big time during our second half revival last week too.
