We are ranked #1 for CP, GWS are last. We rank #3 for kick/handball ratio GWS are #17. They rank #1 for handballs and we rank about 12. They are a free wheeling handball team. If there was a blueprint on beating them it's Coll v Geel 2008. C'mon boys lets harrass the f$&@ out of them and bring them down. If we allow them easy uncontested possession they will slaughter us.

Agree. It reminds me of the game earlier in the year when Sydney beat Port. Someone asked how did the Swans stop Port's run and Robbo said the Swans put them in headlocks. We should do the same to the Giants. It's a pity Blair is out. He would've thrived in that sort of contest.

Gault not playing VFL.

Not sure if that means anything for the seniors.

No-one putting their hand up in this VFL atrocity. Marsh high ball across goal in defence, Shazza turnovers and tackles just not sticking. Geez I hope Greenwood does something to suggest he's on the way back.

Meataxe just kicked another goal, c'mon Pies.

Indeed. Then he'll come on late, have minimal impact, go back to the VFL and need to get 5 30 possession games in a row before he gets back in Rolling Eyes

Kennedy as sub two weeks in a row does seem to be a departure from the previous practice of avoiding subs two weeks in a row. I wonder if he isn't 100%. I had my $ on Broomhead as sub.

Should have been Broomhead or Seedsman. If Kennedy can't run out a full game, who is the player wearing his number who goes four full quarters every week in the VFL? If Kennedy doesn't ask for a trade after this, I'll go he.

If Collingwood can break GWS in the first quarter they can expose the Sydney-sider's glass jaw. And the rest of the game should be a walk in the park and a big percentage win to boot. Problem is that Collingwood seldom start quickly.

Even so, Collingwood is the better finishing team so should take the game in Q4 in a spirited contest.

Blair's grit and his ability to create stoppages to Collingwood's advantage will be missed.

We can't realistically expect Cloke to rain goals again this week. History shows only too well that Cloke's performance one week is no basis for predicting what he does the next. But let's hope anyway.

I'm glad Marsh hasn't been called on as an AFL emergency ... he is having a shocker in the VFL. It has been some third quarter comeback by the VFL boys though.

I'm seriously unimpressed about BK being the sub again, but you're dreaming if you think this will make him go home.

Big game today for where our season goes from here!

Grundy is a big loss so Witts will have his work cut out against Mumford.
