it is dangerous to play in such heat.
Put the sprinklers on for the whole match.
Good practice come winter. _________________ we don't eat our own at collingwood we just allow them to foul our nest. |

Forecast now 38 and dry
Delay the bounce for an hour might be down to 34 or less
Shorten the quarters increase the rotations they should be right |

No need to play the three rucks with both Moore and Cloke playing. Crisp and Adams will be better for the run they had last weekend. Good to see Langdon back while Williams has had an interrupted preseason. Was looking forward to watching Sier play on Sunday. Now that won't happen, but still get to see Treloar. |

Interesting to pick the "best" 22 from this side. I'm sure they wont all play a whole game (Sier for one would not handle it, and for others it wont be on their training schedule) but even in this team we're pretty deep.
Considering we're leaving out Reid, Treloar, Williams (who the article don't even state are missing or perhaps notable!) Brown, Swan, Sidebottom, Elliot, and not withstanding playing some players out of their usual or preferred position, I reckon it'd look something like:
Grundy Moore Blair
Fasolo Cloke Varcoe
Aish Greenwood Crisp
Langdon Marsh Pendlebury
Sinclair Frost Ramsay
Witts De Goey Adams
IC: Macaffer Toovey Maynard Oxley
Extended IC: White, Phillips, Goodyear, Sier, Golds, Gault, Cox
That's a nice team...

Final squad of 26 unless I'm mistaken so still 3 to drop out. Good to see guys like Sier, Goodyear, Phillips, Golds, Gault and Cox given some senior exposure. |
