Three changes for now.

Gault out/ Howe in. Use Moore as back up ruckman.

Frost out/ Marsh in.

Macaffer out. Not sure who comes in, what position was Caff playing last night? Barely sighted him. Perhaps Sier or Wills if they play well today.

Richo V Buckley. I will enjoy this clash. I have to barrack for the Pies and Richo. My feelings are we will start like we finished last night. This will be a tight contest as well.

I'm normally a (relative) ray of sunshine on this forum, but that win has to be reviewed hard like a loss.

Gault and Macaffer need to be dropped. Howe and Toovey to return. Toovey goes back freeing Williams to the midfield where his inefficient disposal is less costly, but his hard in and under work is valuable.

The next two weeks are going to be interesting against two improving young sides.

Really nothing less than two wins against two teams we should be further advanced than in terms of our rebuild.

Important 2 weeks for the coach.

Couldn't agree more swoop. We have a year or two of development over these two clubs and realistically with the team we will be able to field we should be able to win both and I think comfortably.

That's where I think we should be at. Where are we at? Who the hell knows. I guess we will soon find out soon.

Pleased to say that I am heading south for my annual footy trip so will be able to watch them both live.

Reminded me of how we need a Jarrod Molloy/Dusty Martin type in this team

I think we actually laid more tackles than the Tigers, though I agree many of them did not stick. Where we need to improve dramatically, is in contested ball, something which was a strength of ours last season. For two weeks in a row we've been badly beaten in contested ball.

Gault for Jessica
Howe for Caff
Tempted to drop Marley for Tooves, but can't see it happening
Must beat the 'Aints and beat them well!
Agree about the tackling bags, it was woeful how easily tigger players slipped through our tackles!

One thing we will know for sure is that it will be another ugly game of mistake fueled slaughterhouse offal. The team that can put 10 minutes of footy together will probably run away with it. If we can just clean up our act a little bit it should be enough to scrape home by a few goals.

Two changes must be made for next week.

Out: McAffer and Gault

In: Howe and Witts

I thought Aish was a passenger last night, but he deserves another week or two to settle in. I'm assuming Varcoe will not be available, but certainly his inclusion would improve our side considerably.

Howe reported in VFL. I don't think he wants to play seniors, just VFL and frisbee in the park.

No more or less important for Bucks than the other 18 rounds.

Apparently Howe's striking report in VFL was an open handed slap to the belly and likely to be thrown out. The live chat in the VFL praccy match today said he was ok. From what I read there I would perhaps bring in Goldsack. Langdon may go back to VFL to remember how to defend. Hopefully Varcoe is back this week. Caff seem slow when you see him which is not often.
