indeed

plus they gave the dogs a run for their money too

port. got belted by the dogs. or are you talking the hawks?

nah you are right, got my weeks mixed up Smile

just now, bt mentioned the dogs have had 5 or 6 acl injuries in the last 13 months.

Why aren't their fans calling for the sacking of their fitness staff, or is that just us?

Undermanned last week as we were you'd expect a difficult game against a good team. Most wouldn't rate the Saints as good so expected a win. Fact is they did play well and did it again today. We were not good, but the reaction has been overblown by disrespecting the Saints.

Our structures falling apart badly last week was of our doing.

Not sure how todays result is a win for Buckley.

It's a win for a 3rd year coach in Richardson and St.Kilda.

What I think it shows is that the supposed lower teams this year are not that bad. Losing to those teams is not the disgrace it was. This will probably change over the year as lesser teams aren't able to maintain their performance, but right now the comp is pretty even.

It's not a win for Buckley, it's also not the cataclysmic loss some are treating it as. We had key outs and the Saints are actually pretty good. That's not to ignore the fact that we're not playing well at the moment, but every team has low points, we will play better and we will finish higher than the Saints (probably Very Happy). Our season is far from defined at this point, there are still many directions it could go.

OK, I will revise their opinion of how we played last week and give St Kilda credit for the way they played.

Some context being added to our last game. How 'bout those Saints? Wink

Hawks helped across the line 2 weeks in a row by the men in green.

Does highlight just how shoit the Saints are as some were keen to point out...

There's still time.

Any more key dogs go down and they will be neutered.
