Carlton have beaten Fremantle.
Melbourne are leading Richmond.
If we lose tomorrow we might not have the worst loss of the round

I agree. Once I heard Cloke was dropped I changed my tip to the Bombers. We are heading for a spoon if this rubbish footy continues. Watching the VFL today has thrown complete doubt on our clubs ability to operate in its core business with any hint of a professional club. I've completely lost faith in what they are trying to do.
No players look like they have any form or belief in what they are doing we doing. Ask yourself who at our club is in good form |

| One thing I've noticed about forums like this is that people don't know how to use apostrophes anymore,and people always use the American spelling of defense instead of the correct spelling DEFENCE. |

what about unnecessary commas? 
I am not so bothered with punctuation on internet forums however some regular spelling mistakes such as - loose instead of lose just irks me for some reason. I think the American spelling might win out ultimately and common spelling mistakes may very well become the norm  But hey I will cop it all if my footy team was winning - the little things don't matter so much when the Pies are smashing the rest and we are the envy of the nation!

Yep, Essendon will be celebrating this infamous decision of Buckley to demote Travis Cloke in order to deflect attention from his own catastrophic impact on the confidence and cohesion of our team. We have voluntarily removed from Essendon's enfeebled defence their major threat, so that Buckley can continue with this monstrous charade that the Travis Cloke is to blame for our disastrous performances.
As a result, Essendon defenders will be able to tag team on Cox and Moore without fear.
I am likewise beginning to think that the mounting injury list is not just coincidence. A totally inexecutable and incomprehensible game plan, where players are out of postion and then have to make desperate efforts to compensate, might be a contributing factor. Heck, who knows, I think Buckley is unleasing a total catastrophe in every sphere.
But I am hoping that today will, in the future, be seen as a landmark. The persecution of Travis Cloke will come home to roost for Nathan Buckley. |

Is there any real purpose in winning this game? One gets the feeling it will only give allowance to extend the rotten current tenure.
This would have to be the first time in memory where such a large proportion of supporters are content with a loss, or even better a belting. Surely it would be the impetus to fast track much needed change. Such a sorry place to be at right now, even for the most positive and optimistic of fans. |
