Or maybe he's running to the wrong places, where he always ran, and the team have been instructed to take the best option not just default to kick it to Cloke.

Good to see his mum and sister turn up as well.
At the end of the game I asked him a few questions.
The first one was one that has perplexed
me for a number of years.
I ask why did Leigh Mathews would always take him off the ball just as he was getting going.
He just said it was what the coaching staff wanted.
It perplexed him as well.
For those who don't know David Cloke he was a star at Pie land and you only have to go and look at his Brownlow votes to see how good he was.
Second I asked about why Trav got screwed by the Umps.
He said he was staggered how he got treated and there were a few classic examples today.
Third I asked about his thoughts on Bux's coaching.

He refused to answer the question but his body language was interesting.
He then added that if the Pies lost Anzac day then Bux may well be sacked.
Now that was an interesting comment.
He also said he was amazed how we took players off who had to sprint 80 yards and then they got 2 minutes break and they did another 80 yard sprint back to their position.
He was diplomatic in some of his answers but I think I got his drift.

Did you summon the onions to tell him how many times you've bagged him and how many times you would have traded him 'cause he was a dud???

I am a Blair basher not a Cloke basher.
You need to read more carefully what I say.
Given that even though he got screwed by the Umps today and the delivery was crap his game was rubbish.
He did not once impose a physical presence on the game, he never led up properly and his body language was poor.
Probably the most I have criticized him on Nicks.

Pretty sick of this one way street, players need to be accountable for their actions.

It's the "game plans" fault that Trav can't kick a goal from 25m out directly in front...

Trav could never kick a goal from 25m out!
Still won a flag with him like that.

Frankly, if he even had a chance of having the ball delivered to him in that vicinity i would be over the moon. It hasn't looked a chance to anyone in our forward 50 this season. May as well blame Trav for the coast to coast goals we gave up a few times each game. Oh and those inside 50 marks our opponents keep getting, uncontested. Week in week out. F$ck you Trav!! Please.. Rolling Eyes

Lighten up Francis, just wanted to know how come he can't kick goals when the opportunity arrives, it seems players are not even bothering to look for him as he is now a liability in front of goal.

Very nice Sargeant Hulka. Maybe what we're lacking is a big toe?

I did Mudlark, Damir got a bit hot tempered so I had to slap him with my glove to get him to calm down, he didn't like my banner which read.

Which word doesn't belong?
Joke
Broke
Cloke
Choke
Bloke

Answer: Bloke

No DTM that is the way I read it.
Just watched the Tiges vs Dees.
First Roo's fixes the defence then slowly builds a forward and midfield units.
They are no longer a basket case and are clearly on the way up.
It has been the complete opposite with Bux.
It is backwards all the way.
Next stop ....wooden spoon?????
Thought we could have done much better this year
but after seeing the VFL today I am really depressed.

Roos is out of contract at end of Sept. Wonder if he'd like a couple more $$ to top up his super. Unless Richmond or Freo get him first.

Why wouldn't you sign back with the Dees.
There is an opportunity to go deep into September in the next few years.

There is no rational answer to that question. My comment was based on Roos saying he was not staying beyond 3 years and Goodwin will take over next year. Basically Roos is saying "My work here is done", ie he has dredged a long-term failure of a club out of its hole. Whatever he has, I wish we could bottle it and buy it.

Probably wouldn't have needed a replay either if he had kicked straight in draw.

He wasn't a fan of Malthouse either.

I don't care that much about his opinion
But he obviously gets some inside info.
And that is what I'm interested in.
