Jackass: Yep, it was wet, not a great day for talls. So which tall forward did he out perform? I can't think of any. So do we drop Cox or White when they've played better than him? Do we drop Frost and allow Cloke to play FB?
Cloke played at least as well as White.

| See now you're just being silly, White had a lot more impact than Cloke and was coming off some quality senior footy over a number of weeks. |

Brown & Goodyear (1st 1/2 only) both played today. Tooves clearly held over in case either Reid (totally unsupported by club or other media Jez suggested calf injury) or Howe (knee and/or adductor) don't get up.

Agree. Howe looked ok training on the TV footage but if Brown comes in for Reid it, barring a historical Collingwood outfit turning up, will be yibbida yibbida.

| I have a good feeling about this game. Considering half the team didn't turn up to play last week, there must be hundreds of kilometres in their legs to unleash at the opposition tomorrow. Even with four changes to the side we have the ability to match Melbourne in the air and on the ground. Marsh and Phillips are two good young players who deserve their chance in the team. Witts needs to put to rest his disarterous first up game against Sydney. He has a chance to redeem himself against one of the best ruckmen in the league in Gawn. Another player who has a chance at redemption is De Goey, who needs to start repaying his coach big time for his continual faith in him. I really feel we can win this. |
