Just read in the Hearld Sun today that The Gunners are thinking about splash out and offer Man U at 80 million doller the english captian!

What does everyone think of that???

There is no way that would happen, if the Gooners offer 80 mill then Man U will offer more we have to realise 2 things-:
1- Even though United are inconsistant they are the biggest team in the world when it comes to weath and support (unfortunatley).
2- Beckham was a London boy who always loved Man U and always wanted to play for them, i doubt he would even think of leaving.

I think i would throw up if the Gooners signed him!!

theres an article on www.theworldgame.com.au which states that Wenger doesnt want to buy Beckham...and do you think Man U would be stupid enoguh to sell him??? its like selling Rocca to Essendon...its just plain stupid

He will never move to another EPL side.

And the reason - Mrs Beckham wants to move to Italy in the near future as they are the the only people sad enough to buy her records....

We couldn't afford him, we hardly ever buy established palyers these days but players we can improve.

Plus I doubt he'd get in our team, it'snot to say that Wiltord is better than him(although maybe Freddy is when he's fit) but our game is based on quick breaks down the flanks & Beckham isn't that quick & he likes to dwell on the ball a bit too much for our style.
