Has been reported in SA that he isnt happy at Crowland and may look to leave the club.
28 years old (Born on Anzac Day), but is signed on, which means a trade would need to be made.
Let's say he wants to play for Collingwood.
A. Do we want him?
B. Can we afford him? (he'd be a lot cheaper than Lynch).
C. What would we need to give up?
Obviously Lynch is 3 years younger and, well, a better player. But if we cant get him to sign, is Walker a good and realistic option? _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |

Seems implausible (that he might want to leave).
[Seems plausible he might be unhappy.] |

They would want Scharenberg or Grundy as a minimum. Though maybe Broomhead and a first round pick. But I doubt he wants out. _________________ Annoying opposition supporters since 1967. |

I would prefer Lynch if I had the choice. _________________ | 1902 | 1903 | 1910 | 1917 | 1919 | 1927 | 1928 | 1929 | 1930 | 1935 | 1936 | 1953 | 1958 | 1990 | 2010 | 2023 | |

I don't rate him. Plays well when the team is going well, goes missing when the hard stuff needs to be done. _________________ Go hard, live strong, enjoy a beer. |

There's a reason players are chosen to captain AFL teams. If Taylor Walker wants to leave Adelaide I'd welcome him in a heartbeat. Adelaide is closer to Broken Hill than Melbourne though. |

I’m not keen —his press and body language from my perspective is a bit disruptive
But the club will access —-no stone unturned procedure _________________ I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right |

He does seem to have bought too much into the cult stuff (see psychobabble thread), which is one reason I can't see him wanting out. |

I used to rate him ( kinda ) but his inability to make any impact or even fly the flag in the biggest game of his life last year, bordered on embarrassing.
Having said that, his field kicking is elite, which is unusual for a monster.
If he went anywhere else and he proved to have a reasonable tank, I would certainly trial him a little further up the ground at another club.
Personally, I can’t see him going anywhere, particularly on the back of his criticism of Lever jumping ship. |

Most overrated player in the comp, because of his poor record on the big stage. Also, it seems he lost the confidence of his teammates after he toed the company line and embraced the psycho-babble consultants' training regime in the off season. |

The only thread of truth to the rumour is that Matt Randall recruited him to Adelaide FC so maybe Matt is trying to orchestrate his movement to Collingwood. |
