And that ladies and gentlemen is the reward you get for application of pressure for a full game

Stevo started to get back to what we know

So many players but 36 possessions to Laser Beams was what is ahead

YES!

Thank God we got a win on the board, we played well from the get go, full control but we nearly shot ourselves in the foot by letting them in with that 2nd quarter fade out.
Anyway, great win & a much better performance than last week.
To bounce back like that is an enormous effort!

Well done!

Now that's more like it.

Collingwood 2018 becomes Collingwood 2019.

Pendlebury was absolutely remarkable in the second half. Fantastic effort by the lot of them to back up after 6 days. Really, if they'd played the football they threatened to play at times tonight, that was a 150 point flogging.

Richmond barely touched the ball. Collingwood 167 more disposals (108 of those were kicks), 64 inside 50s to 45, 134 contested possessions to 110, over 300 more uncontested possessions and 84,327 marks (many inside 50).

Best of all, 25 free kicks to 9 with some very, very bad decisions in our favour. Enjoy that while it lasts because it'll be making the Richmond supporters choke on their own bile.

Does Greenwood get the biscuits over Martin?

Collingwood tonight reminded me of how Hawthorn used to control the ball. Well done. No injuries (in the firsts at least)

He played largely a tagging role and ended up with more touches... I'd say so!

Yesiree. He did very well for his first match of the season not just on Martin but overall. Was this Mayne's best match for Collingwood? If not it was up there.

I said in the game thread that Roughy's disposal was a bit of a worry, but he had 20 at 95%, 13 marks & 8 1%ers.

As sad as it is to lose Dunn again, Thank God we picked up Roughy.
