I think Chris Mayne played one of his best games ever in his career. It was fantastic. He was so hard, sharp and courageous tonight. He must be an amazing guy to have achieved such heights after his demoralizing first year. Determination and resilience personified.

Mayne was sensational tonight.I was never a fan of his last year but he just did everything so well tonight. He really stood up when we were under pressure and he hardly made a mistake.I would take my hat from to him if I had one.

Absolutely correct (IMHO) MTTM!! A lesser man would have faded away into oblivion given the first year he had.

Oh damn. I remember him, but not his number!!! More hints please.

Did you see Fothergill play? Do you remember his number?

On tonight's performance its going to be tough selecting the team when other players are ready to come back if players stay uninjured. I suspect to see some rotations just due to player management if the list can stay healthy

If the umpiring is like that all season You may as well give us the cup now. We were awesome; make no mistake and they missed Rance but gee, we had the rub of the green from the ump all night, which is rare.

Don't agree that we had it all night. But that escape for Sidey was quite incredible.

That made up for the Vlaustin throw in the first quarter.

Twice Grundy is 8, Four time JDG is 8, 8 times Stevo is 8. Yay, it is Tom Langdon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS How could anyone say he is soft? Grrrr. He may have lacked confidence in his earlier years, but he's full of courage these days.

It must have been like a phucking nightmare for Tiger supporters. We have their measure, plain and simple.

I thought we kept them in the game until 3/4 time, by gifting the ball to them through some sloppy disposals. Overall, this was more like a 15 goal thrashing. The good thing about Cox now is that he is becoming a consistent contributor. Fabulous to see our midfield dominate so convincingly.

Well done Pies. Now bring on the Eagles!

OMG, it was so funny to see a 6 foot 11 Texan side-step and weave around defenders for a goal. Even Jamie had a big smile on his face!!! Very Happy

Summed up Richmond on the night, consistently second to the ball and unwilling to apply meaningful pressure.

'Dynasty' over

he did have a smile but he also said, "why the f$ck didnt you handball it me. i was open!!!". Cox confirmed this after the game.

By the way, who goes out of this team when Adams and WHE comes back? i dont think we have any passengers in this team.
