I'm somewhat in shock.
I didnt think we'd be 1-2 after round three. _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |

WE didn't play well, had a lot of guys down, wet toast had none down, yet we still got within two goals late in game. Then the vile yellow maggots step in and pluck a fifty outa their asses, to gift eagles an easy goal, destroyed our momentum, and its game over. Plus that other fifty, the one even Dangerfield said on twitter was one of worst decisions hes ever seen, that's two goals they got from disgusting fifty metres, and ruined the game. No wonder fans are waling away, I feel like walking away, fed up with umpires destroying good games, thru total bias or utter stupidity. I reckon eddie or bucks should say hang the fine, just say it was shite umpiring, Oh and don't come that caper we had more frees its where u get the frees that count, many of theirs were up forward, ours were not, and those two disgusting fifty meters, one just has no words for that display. _________________ Poverty exists not because we cannot feed the poor, but because we cannot satisfy the rich.

Maybe they'll be our only losses for the year then? _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |

Weagles just too talented in all departments and very disciplined in keeping their shape around the contested ball.
Having said that, the margin of their win was due to the atrocious, inconsistent umpiring at crucial stages when we had got a little momentum going. |

Also, we kicked it long to contests tonight, which is not our preferred game plan. We had too many stagnant players, who just wouldn't run hard enough to create leads. Is that a confidence thing? |

That's what pees me off about these atrocious decisions, they occur when we've got real momentum and they kill it. Two 50m shockers (and the second included an atrocious play on call when Ryan had already ran at least 10-15m past the 50m mark without the ump saying boo). |

Long time reader but never post. Can’t blame one player andI’m losthed to hack on our players but I’m not convinced re Mason Cox. May need a stint in the VFL. Pushed off too easy and has zero footy smarts. So frustrating _________________ Go Pies

Comprehensively outplayed. Felt we needed Varcoes ability to close distance against their quick runners. Our mids were really disappointing as a unit - this is the area we have conceded against them in our last 4 losses. We don’t stand a chance beating them if the area we on paper have the advantage let’s us down. |

They are allowed to play on like that for 50m penalties. It's one of the new rules. |

No, it is a long recognised problem of our midfield.
They don't run as hard backwards as forward.
It starts with the captain. |

I actually dispute this. We got beat by the umpires in the last game we played. |
