Thanks.
Although it looks like no change except for Cox.
Although I think it is slightly strange about Stevo.
All is not perfect with him I suspect. |

Looks like the only changes from Round 1 will be Cameron for Cox. |
Good luck to Cameron, hope he throws his size around. I’m surprised Stephenson is not playing. _________________ “I even went as far as becoming a Southern Baptist until I realised they didn’t keep ‘em under long enough” Kinky Friedman |

Agree, hard not to speculate that this is some form of internal discipline if it's not lagging issues from the glandular fever.
While I'd have expected him running even at 75% fitness would run rings around most, with only 2 games in effectively 12 months, it doesn't set a great foundation for match fitness, particularly against the reigning premiers.
Anyway, we've got a good starting list. Bring it on.
And fire up Nicksters, it's like a Round 1 crowd on this site at the moment... _________________ "The Club's not Jock, Ted and Gerry" (& Eddie)

Bad luck follows Collingwood as usual 🥺 I wish we were playing a lower side instead of the reigning premiers. My best prediction is Richmond to win by 19 points. _________________ Don't confuse your current path with your final destination. Higgins has a brain injury, hasn’t played in 12 months. Selected.
Bennell hasn’t played in 4 years. Selected.

I suspect some of the off field stuff is being dealt with.
He’ll play if and when he is back in our best 22.
Until then, there are others in front of him who do the right thing on and off the field. _________________ Beware the swooping Magpie. |

I wonder if you'll feel the same if there's a kick in it with a loose ball 40 metres out as Josh Thomas approaches the pill. Hmmm.... |

Apart from the gambling last year, “please explain” the ‘off-field’ stuff. As paid up members, especially during this season, I think we kind of have the right to know why our fastest, most dangerous ‘small forward’ is not playing despite 10 weeks of training. _________________ Est. 2002 |

Might be a drug related suspension. I recall Buddy had a "hammy" related drug suspension a few years back. |

Full team in OP.
Cameron is in. Congratulations to the lad.
Cox is named as an emergency, as is Stevo.

Like many others, I am perplexed as to why JS was not selected. I was perplexed with our selections in Round 1, and we know what the result was. Let's hope my perplexity has the same outcome this time around. _________________ Free Julian Assange!!

He did have glandular fever and missed a lot of the pre-season. Who knows how he has recovered from that. I read one story today that suggested he was going to play in round 1, when the 'Pies understood there would be 6 interchange positions but then dropped out when the interchange number was confirmed at the usual 4. |

Madgen? Perche? Is he going to tag Simple Jack and prevent him from doing his single finger gesticulating full retard celebration? _________________ "Hey Ma get off the dang roof!" |

I think this has to do with Buckley’s ultra conservative nature, especially regarding team selections. He rarely if ever gambles on a player’s fitness and only selects players if they are 100% fit.Other coaches don’t mind taking a punt on players’ fitness. |

Interesting to see J Rantall our first draft pick last year as an emergency.
Must be travelling really well. |
