Quite interesting. I think we played in much the same way as Dawkthorn in the first quarter against Richmond. We couldnt maintain it for whatever reason last week(lack of match practice the most likely reason) but the Dawks have backed it up with their second quarter: maintaining possession, precision kicking and superiority in the air. Dawkthorn are also benefitting from the absence of Dusty. While Dusty was not deadly against us, we were forced to devote resources to containing him which Hawthorn has not.
Richmond are looking very ordinary. Will be fascinating to see what plays out from here.
