Magpie Camo, it was Craig Jacotine who Bucks selected as our next captain. Jacotine fell by the wayside and was delisted at the end of 2000.
As for your question, was it Mark Bayes who Ned knocked out? |

Yes, it was Mark Bayes, as Bayes was attempting to take an overhead mark.
Where did Colin Alexander go after his time at Collingwood ended? _________________ Tubeway Army 1979

I think this thread needs to be moderated better.
Too many questions going on at once. |

I actually thought Daics needed 5 goals on GF day to make the ton, but ended up with 2, which left his season tally at 97.
Is that right.... anyone?

Reckon you're right, ozboy.
The Official Club site states that Daics kicked 97 for the year. |

Daics was sitting on 95 goals for the season coming into the GF. He kicked 2 sensational goals in the GF to make it 97 for the season.
His GF stats were 5 kicks, 1 mark, 3 handballs, 2 goals. _________________ CARN THE PIES |

My all time favourite trivia question is.....who kicked 5 goals in the 1990 grand final? The answer of course was Essendon. lol _________________ CARN THE PIES |

Yep, that's what I thought about Daics - 5 goals to get the ton. Pity he couldn't get a big bag in the GF (I remember that season he kick 6-7 goals on so many occasions).
In keeping with the question about a player going to Brisbane, can anyone name 5 players who have left the mighty Pies to go and play with the Brisbane Bears/Lions?
I'll kick you off with one obvious one... Mal Michael.

Good idea. For this to work guys, you need to wait to see if you answer is correct, before the next question is asked. I think, once that has been confirmed, the person who got it right should ask the next question. |

My 5 are Mark Williams, Mal Michael, Geoff Raines, Craig Starcevich and Troy Lehmann, although I'm not sure if all went directly to Brisbane from Collingwood. _________________ CARN THE PIES |
