Pies against the Cats in the rain? Don't worry about that.

I see on the bom radar that perth have has their bulk of the wet this morning afternoon. Its drizzling currently. A weather report perth says it may clear during the match. Checking the radar does not seam to be much coming across. Just a bit patchy.
How did we go in the scratch match.

Like to see us win the clearences early on too. Really like Cox to kick the first goal with a straight forward mark right in front.

Understand Mason Cox will be replaced by John Noble tonight, with Collingwood opting for one less tall given the weather #AFLCatsPies

Well if it involved the terms: <snip> see above, BBMods then I'm always up for a childish snicker. But that's just me...

Carn Woods, just beat these handbagger arrogant bastards, they totally rely on their old Fab Five for vast majority of their wins, aka, Hawkings, ablett, selwood, dangermouse, taylor, hold them ,and we win, it aint rocket science. !
Magpies by 21 pts, we've got this.!

Living in Singleton 50 km south of Perth, I am electing to watch the game on the box rather than drive up or catch the train and trek over the footbridge. Funnily enough, back in the 50's & 60's when I was living in Melb, initially in Box Hill South, then Blackburn and Croydon, I would always get to Vic Park or the G by train/tram and not worry about the travelling tumult ... ahhhh what age does to a man - but importantly ageing has its' benefits too because I can verify that my Magpie instincts have grown exponentially - win or lose ...
Love the club, love the boys ... tonight? Pies by min 18pts!!

It involved our tallest player and the saturated version of the alternate name for Felis Catus

With Cox out, Will's is most likely the back up ruck.
Will be interesting to see how we bring the ball forward. No long bombs into the forward line.

Cox out should at least guarantee we will need to lower our eyes and hit up leading forward targets.
Against Geelong that's an imperative as their tall defence eats up the high ball.
Hopefully we give Noble a chance on a wing or across half forward to see if he can fully utilise his speed when unburdened from a defensive role.
