This will probably get ignored on the Game On thread, but anyway. This game, depending on the injury toll and the outcome, might be Travis Varcoe's last game for the Pies and in the AFL.

I think most would agree that through guts and hard work he's given a year or two to the Pies in the winter of his career that by every reasonable expectation he shouldn't have been able to give. In spite of form slumps there can be no question of his commitment to Collingwood.

Please remember this when commenting on the game. One day his kids might look up what Collingwood supporters on social media were saying about their dad when he played his last game.

Go Pies. And have a blinder, Trav!

We can only play the Bulldogs if they beat Freo and GWS beat St Kilda, I think. If either result goes the other way then we’re probably up against either Melbourne/St Kilda or West Coast, respectively (and St Kilda if both results are reversed).

Don't want to Finish 8th and go to WA to play the Wealges

Congrats to Pendles on equalling Tony Shaw's record.

Hopefully we cap off the occasion with a win.

Well said, tore us a new one in 2011 and in my opinion one of our most exciting recruits. Laid massive tackles, took the game on, had super clean hands. He's done more than enough to earn the respect of our fans.
