Bucks and the others just need to tell him to stop kicking laterally! |
Why should they need to tell him that?
Forward kick, lateral kick, a kick is still a kick.
If that's the case, then it is definitely mental not wanting to make a mistake.
Give them the confidence to go for it instead of barring him from trying.
Just look at some of the Richmond players who were poor users but now hardly miss. _________________ Jatsad - That is all |

We have two players on our list already in de Goey and Maynard that could potentially change the dynamic of our midfield for the better but the question is will Buckley do it?
I can see him pulling the trigger on de Goey (if he re-signs) if he completes the preseason with the required intensity and fitness for the role but it would take a pretty big reversal in philosophy to remove Maynard from our defensive zone.
I can kind of understand that because Maynard is one player on our list who has completed each season being a better player than the previous year and is now at the point of making the AA squad in his role.
Still it is tempting to see what he could possibly offer through the midfield over the summer and you sense that while some of the alternatives for his role currently on our list may not be as good they still may be good enough to warrant the experiment. _________________ He's mad. The bold portion seems relevant to Mayne and Grundy as well.
Mark ball.
Freeze.
Look around for a while.
Chip 10 or 15 metres sideways or backwards.
Repeat. |

more than just them. pendles and Sidey play free, I think Maynard does too, and Moore. but ive seen Noble IQ etc see the free man and still kick right to a contest. so frustrating.
I always taught my kids you learn far more from your mistakes than your wins. you just have to learn for it. I never ever dumped on a kid for trying even if it gifted the other team a goal. _________________ You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either! |

Oh, Noel Judkins.
The same Noel Judkins that had the foresight to piss away our 1998 first round pick to Essendon for Ricky Oleranshaw? That only cost us Ramanaskus.
The same Noel Judkins that had the foresight to piss away our 1999 first round pick #3 to Richmond for their pick #7 and McKee; that only cost us Pavlich and the 2002 premiership.
The same Noel Judkins that had the foresight to draft James Wasley ahead of Nick Stevens?
The only fait accomplis he got right were Tarrant, Fraser and Didak

What about the recruitment of Stephen Roach from Richmond? That created some confusion when it was announced as some thought that we had landed Michael Roach. |
