I was wondering how we could have 2 outs and only 2 in... so I guess this means subs are still counted as games whether they play or not? Silly, potentially someone could rack up 10 games without ever stepping over the boundary line

Id naturally LOVE to see us kick the Swanettes arses, but i just cannot see it, not up at that shithole on their own pissing ground, and not with the OUTS we have injured, especially Tay, Howe, Elliott. With our best side we may win, but i cant see it now, too many not there, as per usual. I am excited bout our kids though, they are good talented kids, and will go far, thats what we get out of this season, blooding our youngsters. We will have a go, maybe even a red hot go, but go down fighting. Swans by around 19 points for mine. But, GO WOODS !! _________________ Poverty exists not because we cannot feed the poor, but because we cannot satisfy the rich.

Really looking forward to this one! Must be, I was up at 1.30am.and in the pool!
Looking for JDG to kick at least 4 and a solid effort from our backline.
Grundy to star in a tight tussle.

Need to play better than the last 5 weeks to win. Can't see it happening. I think we'll get done by 6 goals or more if we are consistent to previous weeks.
Only hope is with kids they are inconsistent and may have a collective spike. |

I want to see the boys try and find avenues that lead to goals through the new players. Last week we had multiple opportunity to pass our way into the forward 50 with poltar and henry ignored in space along the chain of ball movement. This team needs to start to develop by bringing in youth into the play more. Give us something to take away from the game as a positive. _________________ no second chances |

The Swans will see us as an ‘easy kill’ and a means to reaffirming and getting their season back on track. They’ve got some handy inclusions this week and Buddy loves playing against us...so if it’s close he’ll be the difference when it counts. Our team defensive pattern is way off the current required set up to prevent quick exit from our attacking 50 and teams have been waltzing through the middle and launching attacks - generally right after we have scored. The Swans will maintain quick and unrelenting pressure with and without the ball through the ‘highway’ and will take the win by being able to score on rebound more heavily and more often. The ground and Sydney’s style will require an in close hard and dirty type of game with quick breaks - unfortunately we’re currently undermanned in this style of play. Pies by 8 😬 _________________ The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men... |

Crap, didn’t realise it was an arvo game. I love interstate games that are only on Foxtel |

Tough gig🥺 Great experience for the youngsters. Realistically can’t see us winning but I hope they go in hard and make things bloody hard for them. Need to play argie bargie footy and pressure then consistently. As long as they give a good account of themselves I’ll be happy as Larry or Lazza😆 _________________ Don't confuse your current path with your final destination. Yep whichever emergency is medical sub will be our real third (or second, excluding Brown) in.
Anyone know when we usually find out who the sub is, incidentally? _________________ All watched over by machines of loving grace |

Madgen is our sub. I think they confirm this an hour before games. |
