I’m concerned this latest issue with Treloar may be viewed by playing group as administration disloyalty
Will it be a destabilising factor which may see a downward trend

We'll see what happens with Treloar soon enough during trade period.
Worst case scenario, we plummet out of the eight in 2021, and players want coach/president removed, pending a revolt.
Or is that Best case scenario in disguise?

Okay, we lost Longmuir to a better role; didn't see that coming, but his absence is tangible.

They offloaded Hocking; this is a disgrace.
I notice numpty yes-men sycophant toadies Sanderson and Harvey still keep their jobs...

You have to be adaptable.

Did you ever see the Michael Keaton movie, Johnny Dangerously, where the Moronie gangster character called people iceholes and bastages?

Back in the 80s, just the once.

But i'll try to track it down for another look.

ps, I was one of the global many who said don't give Michael Keaton the role of Batman FFS! So I have been wrong at least once lol!

dynasties that are build without AFL influence are done when clubs stick by their coaches and presidents.
Geelong - Thommo
Hawthorn - Clarkeson
Richmond - Hardwick
with Hardwick in particular plenty of people were calling for his head before they found their feet.

The problem with Collingwood is the only way we'll really have a dynasty is we would just have to fluke it... in the old days, we'd throw a bit of money towards it and just hope for the best, and we've come close a few times over the years but never quite got there. It's just the way it is with the way the club is run and I'm sorry to say it, that we the supporters have 'allowed' it to continue without addressing the core problems - the club is now a business but its fundamental path to that success and outcome is continually blocked by its tribal roots. At the core we just aren't professional enough to take the emotion out of it, and strive towards success.

Geelong - Thommo - in his 8th year premiership x 2 and we gifted Scott the 3rd
Hawthorn - Clarkson - in his 4th year and has 4
Richmond - Hardwick - in his 8th year and has 3 and a Cox
Collingwood - Bucks - into his 10th year and still waiting and counting so at what point do we say - enough is enough? OR is it until we satisfy the saying 'stick by your coach'?

When was the last time we had a dynasty...........um 1927-1936 for 6 flags and 4 ever since.......

Richmond had 37 years in the wilderness but won multiple flags either side

Actually Clarkson won his 1st premiership back in 2008. That was his 4th year as coach at Hawthorn. Then went on to win 2013, 2014 and 2015.

I'm mean lets get serious here - we win 2 premierships 20 years apart - that's our dynasty.

We arent able to get any worth while deals done in the trade period and we just pick up the dregs in the draft.
We can never seam to come to any agreement (between the club and players and players managers etc....) there for we miss out.
Look at a club like geelong richmond even they always are able to pick up the players they want and they do get them to very easy. Theres a few other clubs too like that they are appealing and able to get their man or men.
Collingwood is a continue battle and miss out.
