All great points but I think it all culminates to one thing....we don’t have a long term plan to guide us forward.
The tigers put in place a plan circa 2010 to win 2-3 flags by the end of the decade.
Apart from the 2017 review, nobody at the club has ever spoken about a long term strategy.

3 in 4 years is more than a dynasty because in all seriousness they were a mason cox freak show away from a 4peat. Even taking their 37 year wilderness into account that’s 4 in 40 years. We have won the same since WW2.

Martin have an injured quad in the 2018 finals series was the difference. The guy is a freak. |

Indeed he is the man and I will spew if JDG is compared to him ever again because I doubt we will ever see another triple NSM in our lifetime.
But this is what I talk about being ruthless they came back from 2018 and went back to back and we come back from 2018 by losing a Prelim that anyone else would have won in a canter.

^ agree with that. I don’t want PnC to again say JDG is our Martin. JDG isn’t in the same galaxy as Martin.
