I'm hoping to see Wilson, Kelly, Poulter and 'Magic' Johnson train the house down over the pre-season and force their way into our best 22.

Joining Macrae, Ginnevan, McCreery, Bianco, Ruscoe and of course Nick Daicos, we should have a very young and exciting team next year.
Ginnivan keeps kicking goals, how talented is this young guy?

Yes interesting.
He did one thing last week that really caught my attention.
None of the other recruits have got me that excited

afl.com.au's take this week:

Quote:
Johnson will look to train fully this week and could play at reserves level as early as this weekend. Begg is closing in on a VFL debut and could play as soon as next week. Sier is hoping to tick off full running this week to put his hand up for selection after spraining his ankle two weeks ago. Josh Daicos (finger) and Jordan Roughead (ankle) have been cleared to play. - Mitch Cleary

Club just announced IQ has glandular fever and won’t play again this year.

Howe’s missus was due today, and with covid/interstate trip, decided he’s better off missing Saturday’s game.

Can players please avoid mounting their wives from November through to January, for the sake of our team?!

Also not an injury, but Keane is done for the season as well. Been granted leave from the club to return to Ireland early.

That is if that cow Karen Andrews gives him permission. Bloke here in Thailand left here to go back to Dublin through London. Got Covid and died in Ireland.

With one game to go, unofficially:

TEST:
Ash Johnson (finger)
Brayden Sier (ankle)
Aiden Begg (shoulder)

BACK IN 2022:
Callum Brown (shoulder)
Tyler Brown (shoulder)
Darcy Moore (knee)
Scott Pendlebury (leg)
Isaac Quaynor (glandular fever)
Mark Keane (personal)
Brodie Mihocek (suspension)
Mason Cox (larynx)

Johnson and Begg will be watching to see what happens with the VFL competition. It's possible that both could play this week if a game was to go ahead. Sier, I believe is on the way out, but if the VFL finals go ahead, he may play a few more games.

If we were in a position to play finals, its possible that IQ and Pendles could have returned. Checkers will miss one game with suspension. Imagine being in the 8 and having only the Brown boys and Moore out.

EDIT:
Mason Cox ruled out with a bruised larynx. Will we see him in Pies colours again?

AVAILABLE:

Finlay Macrae (ankle)
Trey Ruscoe (ankle)

BACK IN 2022:

Big news here. Will we see Cox play for Collingwood again? Tests for Ruscoe and Macrae a bit annoying.

will we see Cox again? Will depend on what the new coach makes of Cox and whether he/she thinks they can get more out of him. Given the cupboard is pretty bare with key forwards at Collingwood, they may have been run around for another year

No need to abstain from any actions. Just need family planning.

It's unprofessional not to plan. Leigh Matthews laid down the law to his players. And that was two decades ago. They should be more professional now they're earning the big bucks.

Of course this year it didn't matter. And better mid-August than September/early October.

We lose a Cox and gain a Johnson. Even Stephen's I reckon.
