Noble, Mayne, Sidebottom should be close
Daicos could drop out with him expecting to be out for the next 2 weeks, as with Pendles who could drop a few spots due to being out for the rest of the season. _________________ "That was out-of-bounds" |

Yeah, all the best players for 2021 are ruled out through injury... Moore, Daicos, Adams, Howe, Pendlebury, ...
Hope it's Crisp then. Grundy apologists will go berko at me saying this, but if he wins, it'll be an embarrassment. Media reckon JdG is a chance. |

I think this is almost bang on… I would only swap Mayne and De Goey around at this stage _________________ It doesn't matter what happens.... I just love this bloody club! |

I think Crisp will bolt the Copeland trophy in, he has had a fine season, and really deserves it. _________________ Poverty exists not because we cannot feed the poor, but because we cannot satisfy the rich.

Absolutely agree Piesnchess. He's been a model of consistency and has made significant contributions to the team in every game, win or lose. He's never 'gone missing". There's not been one game where I've thought "Hmmm, Crispy has been quiet today". He has just simply played his heart out each and every game and combined his main defensive role in the back six, with great run out of the backline and some sparkling minutes in the middle. So he's been both versatile and reliable. A wonderful season. |

Crisp might be the best ever bargain basement recruit since Craig "boofa" Davis in 1979. _________________ I love the Pies, hate Carlscum |

Yes - he was plainly better than whatever we gave up to get him. Remind me, was it two first-rounders - or was that our way? - I can't quite recall. |

Last year's winner led total disposals, total contested possessions, total tackles and total clearances.
So, looking at some likely relevant statistics to the end of the Port Adelaide game last week:
Most disposals: Crisp 481, Pendlebury 417, Sidebottom (from 1 less game than the prior 2) 394.
Most contested possessions: Grundy 188 (from 2 less games than the other 2), Pendlebury 180, Crisp 159 (4th -Sidebottom 140).
Most tackles: Pendlebury 69, Crisp 69, Gundy 68 (from 2 less games than the other 2).
Most score launches: Grundy 46, Crisp 29, Pendlebury 24.
Clearances: Pendlebury 79, Adams 78, Grundy 71.
Crisp also leads intercept possessions and is second for intercept marks.
So, all round, Crisp plainly deserves to be the clubhouse leader. There's a couple of others who could easily win, depending upon how the Club rated performances week in and week out. |

So, 58 games to Brisbane from the player they got, compared to 355 games (and counting) to Collingwood (Crisp 154, JDG 115 and Greenwood 86). That was probably one of the best trades ever.
Meanwhile, Brisbane finished 17th, 17th, 18th and 15th in Beams' 4 years with them. |

Correct. Think Dayne only played 50 for them _________________ I love the Pies, hate Carlscum |
