| Anyone else catch the start of Ed’s speech? He listed everything in the report and the written statement he released that were ignored by the media and not reported. That was a big **** you to the media. |

Eddie will forever be the greatest offield legend of the Collingwood Football Club.
For us that remember the dark years when we were broke and on our knees, it was Eddie who stepped up to the plate and resurrected this club to the financial powerhouse that it is today.
With a couple of lucky breaks, we could’ve won a couple more
Premierships but ultimately, it was just good to have a club to support after the financial rabble that we were....
For the youngens that weren’t old enough to remember, you only follow Collingwood because Eddie saved us from extinction.
Thanks you Eddie and you will always be remembered for what you have done for Collingwood.

Glad hes going down all guns blazing, good on him, the media got their man at last, been after him for yrs, just hope our next President bans the media bastards from the Club, no interviews, nothing, give em nothing, ever.
