^^^^

Look to be honest, I sometimes think the same but generally only after a loss. I then rightly or wrongly think that we can win the next game and the cycle continues unabated. This is not a logical decision, rather based solely on my total bias towards us with winning. So I do set myself up for failure by having unrealistic expectations of a win ☹️ Tough gig following Collingwood but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Collingwood and I are inseparable.

Bucks said something about the med sub ruling that means McCreery gets a run next Saturday

Bucks was referring to McCeery playing in the VFL today.

You want to know how to recruit quality young players, look at Swans model

Swans always get it right, as opposed to us under Buckley

The Swans have just smashed Richmond on the G.

And Richmond of course were at almost full strength. Swans were without Buddy (and probably others).

Spot On as this Team is no where near being a Contender for the Flag and won't be anytime soon with going how we are going playing Dud Vanilla Players

There is some solence in our three games to date (touch wood)

Played two teams coming off a good 2020 including making finals and have
continued it into this year but neither Dogs or Lions thrashed us and both games we were in with a show

The bad part is once again we made mistakes thru sloppy play

How do we get these AFL players to play clever footy—-a new person to direct them to it —what he has to work with will be a challenge

What has happened to Callum Brown?

I thought two years ago he was on the verge of a promising career but has gone backwards terribly since then.

He seems to have caught the disease of handballing to someone else when they're in a worse position. It shows a footballer with no confidence to take the game on.

It's a disease that runs through a big part of our team. "Here, you have the ball, no you have it, no you have it, I don't want to make a mistake."

He might just be the worst kick since Jon Annear

Very harsh guys😥 If you know your footy, you’d know that young players can have some inconsistency. Experience and maturity will fix this problem but this takes time. Most fans here do not have the patience required and TBH, I don’t blame them. I’m impatient as well but what is the answer? We need to play some kids (which we have done) but the other side of the coin of doing this is that we will lose some games. It’s a fine balancing act.

True Comarade, but the young Swannies have shown, that kids are the way too go, was rapt they smashed those arrogant Tigers. I hope our young kids coming in now, can emulate them. Idea

James Manson was far worse.

But I guess Manson gets the ruckman's discount. Ruckmen are judged to such low standards.
