I like the look of Poulter. He's quick and a good user of the ball!

1/4 time Collingwood 4.3.27, Werribee 2.3.15

Goals: Reef Mc, Henry, McMahon, Cox

Prominent: Poulter's long-raking left foot kick set up two of the last three Collingwood goals.

I like the look of Kelly & Murphy playing out of the back line.
Lynch doing well in the ruck. Poulter showing a bit.

^ Murphy is a senior player - I have no idea why he isn't in the Seniors.

1/2 time Collingwood 5.4.34, Werribee 3.5.23.

Goals: Reef McInnes, Henry, McMahon, Cox, Fowler.

Rantall (14 disposals for the game) and Murphy prominent that quarter.

There is a fair bit of raw talent out there for Collingwood - but not too much that could impact in the Seniors, yet.

Disposals: Rantall 14, Murphy 11, Poulter 10.

I saw him have 1 kick and lay a good bump. To be fair, I don't think he was on the ground very much. He is being managed and they certainly look to be holding him back, for whatever reason.

Collingwood is getting killed at the centre bounces. They just trail - 2 points. Henry has 2 goals, now.

Cox is getting thrashed around the ground by players who are barely VFL-standard.

Cox kicks OOTF from an uncontested chest mark and shot directly in front.

Another fabulous long kick by Poulter gets the ball over the back for WHE to put Collingwood back in front.

Our lack of goal scoring has filtered through to the VFL.
Hoping that will change soon.

Am liking some of these young guys, let me tell you.

If he was an AFL-standard player, he would have put the game beyond doubt in that quarter - plenty of easy shots in front of goal but he did nothing. I can't believe that people would seriously contemplate letting him ruck for the AFL team. He gets hopelessly exposed at this level because he has nothing to offer except that he is tall.
