2021 Member Survey

I've just completed my survey and went looking for a thread on this - oh well guess I'm putting it up.
Safe to say I was not complimentary about the direction of the club and what I thought of membership value. For me I feel like everything they offer feels like a McDonalds happy meal (yes they ask what I think of the box it comes in). Also commented on the shameful constant product flog they send out.........
Anyway silly me did indicate I'd renew next year - 40 years a social member!

Yeah, completed it too. Pretty happy with most things. My biggest gripe was the lengthy wait for delivery and poor seat allocation for members at interstate venues.

There were a lot of questions about the membership packs, overall satisfaction with the membership & Club communications and also the on field performance.

These are some of questions:

Question: Thinking about future years, AFL Clubs will need to assess and adjust costs. In doing so we are keen to understand how valuable some membership aspects are to you. Which of the following best describes your attitudes to your membership fulfilment pack as part of your membership? 

- The pack is important, and I would like to receive it next year
