All Jeed Up running at Toowoomba on Saturday. Ran a very nice 2nd in his latest trial.
*** Nowhere else to post this - Don't drink anymore so don't go to the tavern . Brother in-law just won WA cop of the year! _________________ Don't count the days, make the days count. |

The WFA feature at Ascot this Saturday looks like a forgone conclusion.
Western Empire, the Railway Stakes winner is now an unbackable $1.40.
...
For a bit of value, I'm looking at Kissonallforcheeks ($15/$2.80). ...
Western Empire
Kissonallforcheeks
Regal Power
Platoon |
Western Empire was upset by Regal Power.
Based on your tips, I made a teeny weeny bet on Koafc for a place. Koafc finished 3rd, so all good. |

I Am Superman is my pick in this. $10/$3.25 before final acceptances.
* Any bets placed now are all in. Gets scratched or misses the field, no refund (or deductions K).

Got scratched!!
(How do I tell if those conditions apply when I'm placing a bet? Does it state that on the bet page?)

Hey K, yes it should state that on the page you place the bet.
I dropped a pineapple on I am Superman, but thankfully, backed Fluorescent Star in Race 3 @ Flemington.
You would have got your money back if you backed AJU as he was accepted and in the final field. He'll be running in an easier race at Esk next weekend, not sure if that'll be a meeting we can bet on.
Funny one at Toowoomba last night, AJU ran a 2nd behind Spin That Wheel a few months ago and I spotted that in race 3... at 80/1, thought that was way over the odds so had a measly 5 x 5 on it. Another good Saturday _________________ Don't count the days, make the days count. |

Keen on one at Ascot tomorrow.
Race 4 - Hot Blooded @ $8.
Has lived up to his name earlier on in his short career, racing greenly and proving a handful. Could have had 3 wins this prep if not for some bad luck.
Will be hard to beat. The $2.20 for a place makes this my E/W bet of the day. _________________ Don't count the days, make the days count. |

But does non-TAB also mean non-SB, non-Ladbrokes, etc.?
(I didn't check.) |

Yeah, only on course betting.
He was sent out $2 favourite and ran 2nd by a neck. That's 7 2nds for him now, unbelievable.

Well AJU ran a shocker after his close second. The syndicate has decided to sell him. He'll get picked up by a country trainer and win a few on the outer Queensland tracks.
Big day at the Gold Coast this weekend with the Magic Millions card.
$2M THE STAR GOLD COAST MAGIC MILLIONS 2YO CLASSIC.
A race where the favourite (Coolangatta) does look the one to beat. She'll go around at even money with top hoop J.McDonald steering. I think Mishani Spartan (18/1), Bright Blue Sky (25/1) & Golden Artie (25/1) can be around the place.
$2M GOLD COAST MAGIC MILLIONS 3YO GUINEAS.
Very keen on Starman (8/1) in this and have backed him to win. Others in this I like are; Jamea (9/2), King of Sparta (5/1), I Am Lethal (6/1) and Me Me Lagarde (12/1).
$1M IT'S LIVE! IN QUEENSLAND MAGIC MILLIONS SNIPPETS.
Away Game (7/2) for me in this. I'm going for a first 4 with Away game to win, 2,3,4,5 & 14 for second, S2 for third & the FD for 4th. $30 will get you 15% of the divy.
The Listed MISS ANDRETTI STAKES is the feature at Ascot. I'm backing Gemmas Son at 11/1 to win. Paul Harvey hops back on board and he can get this talented Stallion to show his best. He's won 4 of the 7 times the Pontiff has steered him and he looks nicely placed with 56.5kg and the inside gate. _________________ Don't count the days, make the days count. |

Not much joy for me today.... ended the day slightly in the red, that can turn to slightly in the black if I can get the last leg of the Ascot quaddie in... I've got; 1, 5, 7 or 11 to get me up. _________________ Don't count the days, make the days count. |
