After 20 overs, Sri Lanka are teetering on 6/58 with 23 of those runs in extras!

Williams has two wickets and a run out and Bracken has two. Ian Harvey took a wicket in his first over.

Andrew Symonds has been added to the Firsts squad.

Harvey takes a beauty at first slip from Lehmann's bowling. All out in 25 overs. 4 ducks. 66 to win for the Aussies.

Let's see how they handle this wicket. Then we can better judge OZ A's effort in the field.

And I believe about 17 of the extras were wides!!! Shame the bowling wasn't a bit tighter, coulda got them all out even cheaper!

The wicket is good. The ball was swinging a little and there's a bit of bounce in the deck but it a normal Australian pitch. Sri Lankans didn't handle the short ball & found soft ways to get out.

My sympathies to all of those who paid money at the gate to go watch.

0/66 in reply - too easy. went for a quick feed at 0/10 or so(SL's innings) and came back to find it virtually all over. at least murali, attapatu and vass are back on thursday.

Sri Lanka must be playing worse than when they played in South Africa

Great to see Harvey bowl well.....makes you wonder how Watson and Symonds were chosen ahead of him ?? Maybe Harvey needs to move to QLD ??

This game was just a joke! The extras top scoring that is just pathetic! How ashamed they must be feeling I almost feel sorry for them!

did any of you watch the exhibition game last night,from what i saw australia a must've belted the ball all around the oval 172 off 25overs,and the sri lankans fell 30 odd short,like you said donny hauritz looks a good off spinner,its ashame harvey wasnt picked for the world cup squad,maybe there might be a late injury to someone and harvey might be called up,the exhibition game was a much better game than the game earlier in the day..!!
