After 42 overs, England is 4/215 with Owais Shah on 101.
Did you notice who the skipper is, Kristin?

I don't know too much about this match at all, Donny.

Is it on tv?

All I know is that Marky Mark is playing...is he captain?

Yep, Junior's the skipper.

England made 8/279 with Owais Shah out for 127 and Adam Holioake made 53.

Some interesting bowling figures. Mike Whitney went for 44 from 6 overs so they made him 12th. man! Lol. Dominic Thornely was the pick with 2/30 from 10 and Greg Mail (2/11) picked up a couple at the death. Stuart MacGill went for 30 from 4 and Simon Katich took 1/49 from 7.

Not on teev, Kristin, but reports are on ABC radio every half hour.

Should be a good run chase with Slats,Haddin,Junior and Katich in the batting order.

Mark Waugh is enjoying this match. He's 78 from 79 balls with 3 sixes and 5 fours. The Bradman's XI is 4/238 after 40 overs. They are also ahead of the required run rate so are well placed if it rains - a possibility.

Wow! He knows how to make a girl happy, eh Kristin?

Mark Waugh led his team - The Don Bradman XI - to an impressive victory against England, at Bowral. He scored 108 n.o. with 7 fours and 5 sixes!

I'll leave it up to Kristin to let you know how he would've gone in the Ashes series. Lol.

See, just goes to show that there was more 'life' left in Marky Mark than the bloody selectors thought! Idiots!!!
*Kristin shakes her head in disgust*

Congratulations Marky Mark on a fantastic innings (certainly better than anything shown by Lehmann or Love this series!)

As the leader of the Martin Love Appreciation Society on this board I must say your being a bit harsh on Love. Love was well on his way to a century on dubut but Tugger declared, made a not out in the second dig, played a poor shot in the 1st innings in Sydney and batted well in the 2nd dig before being bowled by a grubber.

Love couldn't have done any more with his chances.

I agree with you on M Waugh being picked before Lehmann though.
