Zac Crawley - so often described as having exceptional talent but so often fails.

Just had a look at his stats. Before his 77 in the Ashes series, he had 16 innings in succession under 30, but for a 53, including 11 innings under 10.

Averaged only 27.66 in 6 innings of the recent Ashes Tests.

Is the County cupboard that bare, of top 3 batsmen, that they have to keep picking him ?
