Listened on the radio so will await the replay, but was Brown really that bad? A shame, as I thought he showed promise last week. |
Yes Ronnie. He was terrible. I really think he's just not up to it and there are 6 or 7 of last years crop waiting to grab that spot.[/quote]

Plenty of competition for spots and the VFL guys having a chance to play tomorrow.
Liked the game. Really enjoyed how a few leaders stepped up in 3Q to take the game away from them. Good contribution from McReery, Ginni and Henry (if he can just get a little cleaner with his hands he could be very very good).
I hope we stick with Cameron if Kreuger misses.

Backline working so well!
The play on link flow style will only improve | I can't see Madgen playing next week.
Will we do a 1977 Tom Hafey this year?
The team is playing so well. No more scoreless quarters.
Last week someone wrote McCreery has not much talent. U still think so?
Josh Daicos, what an improved player! _________________ Jamie Elliott...you beauty

McRae said it looks like he 'subluxed' it, which from what I can tell is a partial dislocation. Hard to know what that means in terms of availability. _________________ In the end the rain comes down, washes clean the streets of a blue sky town.

Just watched the replay, very enjoyable
My main observation was that while we are a young list, we aren't really playing a young side, but the young players in Ginnivan, Henry, McCreery and N Daicos all contributed well
And yeah, I don't think T Brown was as woeful as many are saying |

Brown wasn’t the worst out there unfortunately I have Adams. But that’s not a matter of fact, what is is the win and the way we won.
I loved Kruegers game and Mcreerys, two barometers to the way we want to play. Ps never bring in Cox the ship has sailed. _________________ no second chances |

You can't build a decent team without the joy of playing footy and expressing personality. From what we have seen already, players will enjoy coming to the club and playing in this team. It really shows how dour and unexpressive our club and footy had become. Fear of making mistakes on and off the field is a really poor motivator of people, young or old.
A very promising mindset shift, I reckon. _________________ In the end the rain comes down, washes clean the streets of a blue sky town.

Adams nearly had more clearances than Brown had possessions |
