Always felt like he had so much more to give than admin and mickey mouse job descriptions at the club. Would have loved to see him coach in the AFL

Maxy always said he was more interested in admin than coaching.
Now he gets more knowledge and experience at Eclat whatever that is

The bonus is when he comes back in 10 years as CEO with a great resume

Clubs for over 100 years have trained up coaches almost never admins and look at the AFL administration

In Fly,s pre game presser yesterday he was asked of Nick’s departure and he said
“Someone will have to step up and take on Nick’s work and we have Jordan Roughead still at the club so he will take on some of Nick’s work “
