Proposing we have a bit of extra fun over the season and award the Nicks BB Medal of Medalists to the Nickster that polls the most votes in the Club awarded medals throughout the H&A season.
If we get a quorum, e.g. +20 participants I'll happily donate a couple of prizes. Please vote accordingly - just the Y vote will do if you wish to play along.
The prizes?
i) Well apart from the prestige, I'll donate a t-shirt of choice to the winner from the following collection (there will no doubt be new ones added through the year)
I'll also design one a bit more specific to Nicks, if you're seen sporting this at a game throughout the season, those that know will know.

ii) Yet to be confirmed dinner for two at Victoria Park (Uber Eats souvlaki from Jims Greek Tavern) with a historical guided tour from Hiss along the terraces and stands of our sacred ground (although I'm hoping talk of Hiss's retirement are premature)

Which player will be awarded the ANZAC Day medal?
Awarded to the player displaying the most courage, skill, self-sacrifice and teamwork in the match between Essendon and Collingwood. First awarded in 2000, then later awarded retrospectively back to 1995. The Perpetual ANZAC Day Trophy has been awarded since 2000.
Which player will be awarded the Bob Rose-Charlie Sutton Medal?
Played in support of the Robert Rose Foundation, which supports Victorians with spinal cord injuries, and named in honour of former Collingwood and Footscray player Robert Rose, who was paralysed in a car accident.
Since 2007, the Rose-Sutton medal is awarded to the player who displays the most courage, skill, leadership and sportsmanship in the match; this is named after Bob Rose (Robert's father, of Collingwood) and Charlie Sutton (Footscray), who were both known for these attributes.
Which player will be awarded the Richard Pratt Medal winner?
Contested at Carlton home games against Collingwood. Played in support of the Pratt Foundation, and first played after the death in April 2009 of former Carlton president Richard Pratt. The Richard Pratt Medal, first presented in 2012, is awarded to the player adjudged best on ground between the two teams.
Which player will be awarded the Neale Daniher Trophy?
Awarded to the player adjudged best-on-ground during the annual Kings Birthday match between the clubs. Named in honour of former Melbourne coach Neale Daniher.

I believe it's the 1st year in AFL. Jakob Ryan took it out last year, even though Tom Mitchell finished 5th in the B&F.
So we'll be looking at Di Mattia, Tiath or one of the SSP selections.
