| Any love for this guy as a delisted free agent in the Delisted draft?? Solid ,running half back flanker. Any thoughts out there in the gloom of off season?/ |

Here we go again. As soon as someone is delisted, the inevitable post is made.
Just whose spot would he take? The Suns don't even want him.

Watched him a few times up here over the 2021 season, has something, but injuries have been a curse, just hasn't been able to get a consistent run at it.
There would be worse additions to our list, handy half-back and hard at it.
Good genes, his old man was the third person ever to clear 6.05 metres in the Pole Vault. Family emigrated from Belarus to Australia.

Contrary to popular belief, all selected AFL players are very good players.
Oleg Markov is certainly a good player, and can have his highlights.
It's just that half of them are not good enough to be above average.
When it's time to improve your side, some things have to change.
He has been moved on twice, and this year as a 26 year old, spent most time (if not all) as a starting sub. |

Why would the club delist one C grade defender in Madgen, only to replace him with another C grade defender in Markov?

It's a no from me.
Everyone that played for Richmond between 2017-now are vastly overrated. Even if they only played a handful of games.
I'm really only interested in Jed Anderson as a DFA. But I've been told that Collingwood will not be talking to him. (Wright and Bolton were at Hawthorn).
Narkle and Stack had my attention early, but remember what I just said about Richmond players.

Not sure how 3 time premiership players are all overrated!
But yes, Markov is a no for me. He’s crap.
